Campaigners have the ability and are encouraged to tip Upcallers. Tips can be earned in addition to bonuses. Most campaigners will pay out tips for Upcallers who go above and beyond or demonstrate an ability to stand out on a campaign.
Upcallers make calls for a wide variety of different programs and companies and the calls vary for each opportunity. We are looking for passionate callers with a phenomenal and persuasive sounding phone voice. We do everything from lead generation to customer feedback.
It's 100% free to sign up. There are no monthly fees either! Upcall only takes a small percentage of the bonuses earned by an Upcaller. You always take home 100% of your pay and any tips.
Hundreds of callers apply each month. We are always eager to bring on motivated callers and aim to respond to applicants as quickly as possible. We usually approve within a few days. You also need to meet the minimum requirements, which is to have a stable internet connection, a pair of headphones and a quiet place to work from.
To become an Upcaller, you need to have the following requirements. A desktop or laptop computer with a speaker/microphone (either integrated or as a headset), a reliable internet connection and a quiet room. You should also be available during business hours. We currently only accept US-based callers. We will gradually open up to the rest of the world in the coming months.
